THE ADISL MINISTRY GRANTS SCHEME

The ADISL Ministry Grants Scheme supports strategic and innovative projects which align with its vision, mission and values.

Within this framework, priority areas for funding aim:

a
b
c
d
e

to develop evangelical theological education and scholarship by women;
to support projects developing Sydney, national and international leadership of evangelical women;
to develop works of compassionate care and mission support within Sydney and beyond;
to seed fund the development and growth of strategic gospel ministries among women in Sydney  nationally and internationally;
to support innovative projects which equip and deploy Christian women for ministry in Sydney and beyond.

ADISL has a focus on supporting women’s ministry projects which have significant impact and leverage beyond a single parish boundary and are likely to become self-funding and sustainable within a reasonable period of time.

Funding for women’s and children’s workers within parishes is regarded as the responsibility of the local church. ADISL does not generally fund capital projects or asset purchases.

ADISL has a strong Anglican heritage with close linkages and collaboration with the church leadership. Whilst applications from non-Anglican organisations will be accepted, applications which provide partnership opportunities with Anglican-based groups will be most welcomed.

Grant applications are considered in May and October each year by the ADISL Grants Committee, for commencement in the next financial or calendar year respectively.  Funding requests must be made on an Application Form which can be downloaded as a Word document or pdf. For further information about making an application for an ADISL Ministry Grant, contact 02 9284 1476 or mpinchback@adisl.org.au.
